don't be late!

Last night I went to my friend Farrah's (from Farrah's Flavor) birthday party, with an awesome theme: Alice in Wonderland! We watched the movie, wore costumes, had tea, and even acted out a few scenes! Here's some pictures!

I dressed up as Alice, but my favorite character and one of my dream roles is The Red Queen. When we acted out scenes, I played the Red Queen! It was fun! If you go to Farrah's Flavor, the video will be posted soon, I think!

the fire within me...

Last night we had a problem with our gas stove where it wouldn't stop clicking, generating little strikes of blue lightning. Sounds creepy, but it was more annoying.

It was also a good photo opp... especially when we had to turn each burner on! Some of the pictures I made by moving the camera around really fast as I was taking the picture. I did the same thing with our Christmas tree lights back in December, but I think the stove worked even better!

I guess it is the little things in life that make us happy!

it's a jolly holiday with mary! (Mary Poppins)

Yes! The first Broadway show I saw on my journey to NYC was Mary Poppins!

We pre-ordered the tickets, and honestly- I thought it would be good, but not like mind blowingly amazing or anything. I was wrong. It was mind blowingly amazing!

Mary Poppins was played by the understudy (Catherine Brunell) that night, and she was awesome! The kids, Jane and Michael Banks, were actually on stage the most out of anyone. And Rozi Baker and Ethan Haberfield did great with that! Of course, though, they switch off kid characters, so they had 3 different Janes and Michaels.

Here's some pictures from the show!

I reccomend this show to anyone! It's full of music, laughs, and it's a whole lot of fun!

concrete jungle where dreams are made of!

Just arrived home on the train from... New York City!

I'm pleased to say that I saw 4 Broadway shows (one Off-Broadway)!
Those are all a mystery, though! I will post about each one in time!
Keep checking! Reviews of the musicals and pics will be up in a jiffy!

Toodles!

P.S. I wish I had taken this picture, but I didn't. Camera's not uploaded yet! Sorry! However, this was found on Pop Art UK.

everything today is thoroughly modern!

This musical is amazing! Sutton Foster was perfect originating the role of Millie Delmount. I encourage you to check out the album and the show... you won't regret it! Along with Wicked and Little Women, this is my favorite!

For more info on the show, check out Wiki and The New York Times.
